You can register your return via the Online Return Portal and include a note stating that you received the wrong item.
Once our warehouse has received your return, the refund will be processed.
Unfortunately, our system does not allow direct exchanges. If you would like to receive the item again, this can be done by placing a new order on our website.
If you return an incorrect or defective item, a manual action is required to receive a refund for the return fee. You can request the return costs of €2.99 back via our contact form.
