Regular delivery times
All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
If you order before 2:00 PM on working days (Monday to Friday), we aim to process the order the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can easily track and trace your parcel with this link on our courier's website.
Important Information:
Orders for Switzerland are shipped on Tuesdays.
If you place your order before 2:00 PM on Tuesday, we aim to process it the same day.
Orders placed after that will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Have you still not received your package a week after shipping?
Please check if the package was delivered to a neighbor or a pickup location. If not, contact our customer service.
All products are insured by O'Neill until delivery. If the package is visibly damaged on the outside upon delivery, we kindly ask that you refuse the delivery.
