From April 1st, 2024, a return fee of €2.99 will apply to returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. From March 3rd, 2025 this fee will apply to returns from all EU countries. (The United Kingdom is currently excluded.) This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

That’s why we design our products with consistent sizing, provide multiple images, and offer detailed product descriptions. To encourage conscious purchasing decisions, we have decided to introduce a return fee of €2.99 per return.
