Unfortunately, it can happen that a package cannot be delivered correctly and is returned to our warehouse. Once we receive the order, it will be checked and processed as a normal return.
From a system perspective, we are unfortunately unable to resend the package.
If you still wish to receive your order, this can be done by placing a new order on our website.
If the courier was unable to deliver your package correctly and it was returned to our warehouse as a result, a manual action is required to receive a refund for the return fee. You can request the return costs of €2.99 back via our contact form.
