Once your package has been dropped off at the drop-off point, it may take up to 21 days for your return to be processed at our warehouse in the Netherlands (30 days for UK customers).
After we receive and inspect your package, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your return has been successfully processed.
Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in the account used for the original payment.
