Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! You have 30 days to return your purchase. From April 1st, 2024, a return fee of €2.99 will apply to returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. From March 3rd 2025, this fee will apply to returns from all EU countries. (The United Kingdom is currently excluded.) This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Returns have an impact on the environment. We are committed to making responsible choices and aim to minimize the number of returns as much as possible. That’s why we design our products with consistent sizing, provide multiple images, and offer detailed product descriptions. To encourage conscious purchasing decisions, we have decided to introduce a return fee of €2.99 per return.
Please keep the following in mind:

Please register your return via our Online Return Portal. Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
The order number can be found on the confirmation sent by email after placing the order.
Select the items you want to return and select a reason for return. Once you complete the process you will receive an email with a barcode that you can print and paste to the parcel, or scan at the post office (this depends on the courier in your country). -
Please note that our warehouse is located in the Netherlands and we therefore specify a return processing time of 30 working days.
As soon as our warehouse has received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation email that we have successfully processed your return. - Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise you to return your order and place a new one in our online shop.
- In case you've paid with Klarna, please pause your invoice via the Klarna app or https://app.klarna.com/login/. Once we have processed your return, the invoice will be updated automatically.
- Ensure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was sent to you in.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded. For reasons of hygiene, facemasks and underwear may only be returned in a completely unworn condition. The hygiene seal may not be removed from women's and girls' swimwear.
- If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us.
