Please register your return via our Online Return Portal (https://returns.oneill.com/). Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
The order number can be found on the confirmation sent by email after placing the order.
Select the items you want to return and select a reason for return. Once you complete the process you will receive an email with a barcode that you can print and paste to the parcel. -
Please note that all UK returns are sent first to a collection point in Swindon and then back to our main warehouse.
As soon as our warehouse has received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation email that we have successfully processed your return.
Because your return will be sent back to our warehouse in the Netherlands, our return processing time is set at 30 working days. - Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise you to return your order and place a new one in our online shop.
- Ensure your returns are adequately packaged in the bag/box that it was sent to you in.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded. For reasons of hygiene, facemasks and underwear may only be returned in a completely unworn condition. The hygiene seal may not be removed from women's and girls' swimwear.
- If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us.
