Once your package has been dropped off at the drop-off point, it may take up to 30 days for your return to be processed at our warehouse in the Netherlands.
For UK returns, packages are first sent to our logistics hub in Swindon before being forwarded to our main warehouse. As a result, please allow up to 30 working days for your return to be processed.
After we receive and inspect your package, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your return has been successfully processed.
Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in the account used for the original payment.
