Our return process can take up to 30 working days. You will receive a confirmation mail once we have processed your return successfully.
The return is first sent to a collection point and then back to our main warehouse in the Netherlands. As soon as the item is returned to our warehouse, your refund will be transferred to the account you paid the order with.
If you have placed your order with Klarna, you have the option to register your return online at https://app.klarna.com/login/ or in the Klarna app to pause the invoice. As soon as we have processed the return, the outstanding amount will be automatically updated and Klarna will send you a new invoice by email.
